Buying from us is easy. Our Online Shop is always available and we process and ship orders as quickly as possible in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. To start, just make your selections in our Online Shop, and then follow the onscreen directions. Your total shipping charges are automatically computed at checkout, prior to the completion of your order. You’ll receive instant order acknowledgment via e-mail. Once the order has been processed and we do have your bag in stock, your order will be packed securely and shipped. Please allow up to 48 business hours to process and note that quantities are limited & subject to availability. **In the event of a sale or other promotion, no price adjustments will be granted on previous purchases.

Since we are located in New York, all orders shipped to addresses in New York State are subject to 8.875% Sales Tax. Anywhere outside New York State are not subject to the tax.
care of merchandise
Botkier handbags are made of beautiful Italian leather. Grain and slight differences of color are characteristics of the leather. The leather is natural, untreated
(with exceptions), and can spot and sometimes lose color.
Particular care is recommended for: Laminate colors (metallic) because contact with lacquer, perfume, and anything containing alcohol and derivatives can cause damage. As with all quality leather they should be treated with a weatherproof protection and care.
