We at Botkier want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may contact Botkier to apply for a return or exchange of the unused item, in its original condition, with its original packaging and proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

**All sale and discount items are final, no return, exchange, price adjustments or cancellations. They are also subject to limited availability. Please note, returns are only accepted for items purchased at full price, this excludes items purchased from sales or any other purchase made with a discount.

If approved, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping charges, typically within 2 business days from the time we received the item. For exchanges, once the item is received and the exchange is approved, your new order will be shipped UPS ground at no additional cost. There are no cancellations. All orders placed on the website will be processed once you complete the checkout process. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate you if you need to make changes. Please contact customer service within 24 hours from the date of your order.

We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.

if you are having trouble downloading the form, you can email us at and we can send you the form via fax or email. Once you have filled out and signed the form you must fax it to 212.343.2739 in order for us to process your requested return or exchange. Pack the bag securely with the copy of your packing list, Returns or Exchanges Request Form and write the return number on the exterior of the box in big print. For speed and security, we recommend UPS or FedEx.

Botkier reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our returns and exchange conditions above. if your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund cannot be granted. This policy does not supersede Botkier’s Terms & Conditions.
