RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We at botkier want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may contact Botkier to apply for a return or exchange of the unused item, in its original condition, with its original packaging and proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be received at the Botkier offices within 14 days of your purchase.
**All sale and discounted items are final and subject to limited availability.
When your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping charges, typically within 48 hours of receiving the item. For exchanges, once the item is received and approved the exchange your new order will be shipped UPS ground at no additional cost. You can access further information on our terms & conditions page.
There are no cancellations. All orders placed on the website will be processed once you complete the checkout process. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate you if you need to make changes. Please contact customer service within 24 hours from the date of your order.
**All sales items are final sale, no return, exchange, price adjustments or cancellations will be permitted.

For all returns and exchanges please email info@botkier.com or call 212.343.2782 (ext.2) for a return number. Please note that no returns or exchanges will be processed without this number or if the purchase has exceeded the two week grace period.
Proceed to download and complete the Return & Exchange Request Form,
if you are having trouble downloading the form, you can email us at info@botkier.com and we can send you the form via fax or email. Once you have filled out and signed the form you must fax it to 212.343.2739 in order for us to process your requested return or exchange. Pack the bag securely with the copy of your packing list, Returns or Exchanges Request Form and write the return number on the exterior of the box in big print. For speed and security, we recommend UPS or FedEx.
**Please note that returns are up to the discretion of Botkier and are only accepted when the item is returned in its original condition. This policy does not supersede Botkier’s Terms & Conditions.
