What is Affirm?
If your order is $100 or more with Affirm, you can pay over 3, 6, or 12 months. For purchases between $50.00–$99.99, you can pay over 3 or 6 months. Note that PayPal can not be used as a payment method in Affirm. For returns using Affirm, we’ll process the return as quickly as possible on our end before the next payment is due but for any other questions or additional information please visit their website: affirm.com/help
Do I need an Affirm account before I checkout?
No, once you've reached the payment section of the checkout process, select Affirm as your payment method. Then follow the instructions from Affirm to create your account. Use that login information at affirm.com to manage your payments and check your remaining balance.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer cancellations. Once you have placed your order the shipping process has begun. Once you have received your items if you still do not wish to keep them, you may start our return process by clicking here.
Why was my order cancelled
On occasion, we receive a high volume of traffic and stock may sell out before our website has been updated. Sadly, we’ll have to cancel your order if this is the case. No worries though, we will notify you and process your refund within the next 3-5 business days.
Can I get a price adjustment?
We will grant a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 14 days of the order date. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and refer to the order number on your packing slip or order confirmation email. Price adjustments cannot be honored during sales or be combined with any existing offers on the order.
What about a promo code?
When you sign up for our mailing list you will receive 15% off your first order. Check your inbox! You will receive the code via email after signup. If you don’t see the email, check your Spam folder as it may have been automatically filtered there.
This code is a one-time use offer that is only valid on full priced items and cannot be combined with any other offers. Promo codes are entered at checkout in the order summary and will be reflected in your cart.
Why am I being charged sales tax?
Depending on your shipping address, different state and local government tax laws will apply. We follow the laws of each state and if applicable, will calculate the tax rate relevant to your shipping destination.
What is your policy on sale items?
Botkier online sales are epic occasions, but there are a few rules to consider before shopping reduced-price items... We cannot honor cancellations or modifications on any orders placed through our online sales. All discount codes must be applied prior to checkout or they cannot be applied to the purchase total. Please let us know if you have any problems checking out. We’ll be happy to help you.
All sample sales, outlet sales, coupon/discount promotions & promotional sales are FINAL. No returns or exchanges. We offer size exchanges for footwear unless otherwise stated, if the desired size is unavailable the purchase is still final and not eligible for return. Offers and discounts cannot be combined. Coupon/discount promotions cannot be applied to prior purchases.
Why are some items final sale?
All items marked "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. For customers who receive final sale items that show any signs of defect or damage during shipment are able to receive one of the two options upon contacting email@example.com

Where is my order?
You will receive automatic emails throughout the fulfillment process. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order has been placed with your order number.
Once your order has begun it’s shipping process you will be notified via email with tracking information.
You have 3 shipping methods available to you at checkout. UPS Ground shipping is the most popular option, and the most affordable (it’s free on orders over $50). If you need your items sooner you can choose two day shipping. If you’re really excited to get your items you may choose next day shipping. Please read below to see cut-off times for same-day fulfilment of your order.

Ground shipping and returns are free for all orders placed within the U.S. Otherwise, your total shipping charges will be computed at checkout, prior to the completion of your order

Shipping is available for a flat rate of $35.

Your flat rate will be $50. Don’t worry, your order will be worth it! For all International orders, you will be responsible for any duty and tax that is charged outside of shipping costs. If the shipment is refused, you will not be refunded for your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept International exchanges at this time.
China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Macau and Taiwan
We now offer free shipping and returns to orders over $200. Orders under $200 will ship with a flat rate charge of $20.
How long will it take to get my things?
We process and ship orders Monday-Friday (apart from major holidays), with a cut off time of 1 pm (EST). If you place an order after 1 pm, or over the weekend, you can expect it to process in 1-3 business days. Once the order has been processed and we do have your items in stock, your order will be packed securely and shipped. Please note that quantities are limited & subject to availability.

Transit time will vary depending on final destination however, we typically estimate 10 business days for delivery. Depending on where you are located customers are responsible for any additional tax/duty.
If it looks like your order is held up with your carrier we suggest contacting them directly. We’ll do our best to assist if this should occur but once your order has left our warehouse it’s in their hands.
Lost Or Stolen Shipments?
Botkier is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Once your claim has been filed please contact us directly firstname.lastname@example.org information regarding the situation and your claim number.
We are confident that our products are consistently amazing, but we realize sometimes things aren’t quite what you thought they were. Or maybe you just changed your mind. In those cases, a return is the answer. Returns must be made within two weeks of receipt and are free to U.S. customers. Footwear must be returned unworn and in the original shoebox. We also ask that your handbags come back in prime condition – unused, unworn, and ready to be loved by the next customer. All returns are inspected upon arrival back to us and will be refunded once inspection is completed.

What is an instant voucher?
If you process a return with us you’ll receive an instant voucher which can be used if you wish to continue shopping with us! If you choose not to use the voucher, you will be refunded upon the arrival of your item at our warehouse.
Sometimes, you change your mind, or you love the shoes, but they just don’t fit. Please email us email@example.com we can proceed with your exchange within two weeks (14 days).
What can I exchange?
We will exchange items of the same kind in a different color or size. We cannot accept changes for items that are of a different style or different value.
Why was my exchange rejected?

How do I take care of my Botkier handbags and shoes
Botkier handbags and shoes are made of beautiful, imported leather. You may notice grain and slight variations of color. These are characteristics of fine leather and should not be taken as defects. The leather is natural and untreated, with noted exceptions. Your handbags and shoes can spot and sometimes lose color, so please do treat your Botkier with care.
Color transfer may also occur (especially on light colored leather), so think twice before pairing your new bag with your favorite pair of jeans – we know how tricky that blue dye can be! Helpful hint: we *highly* recommend using a leather protector on your bag before use.
Caution should be taken in products where haircalf is used. Haircalf is extremely delicate and can be prone to balding depending on wear and tear.
Particular care is recommended for laminate colors (metallics) because bringing them in contact with lacquer, perfume, and anything containing alcohol and alcohol derivatives can cause damage. As with all quality leather, metallics should be treated with weather protection.
Do you offer warranties or repairs
We are confident that you’ll love your products as much as we do, but we understand that life happens. We will make every effort to repair or replace damaged products; however, we can only honor sales purchased from botkier.com. For any other purchases, please contact your retailer.
*For handbags, we will be happy to repair or replace your bag for up to one year after the date of purchase, depending on available inventory.
*For shoes, we will happily assist you in the case production defects; however, we are unable to repair damage caused by regular wear and tear.
