RETURNS
We are confident that our products are consistently amazing, but we realize sometimes things aren’t quite what you thought they were. Or maybe you just changed your mind. In those cases, a return is the answer. Returns must be made within two weeks of receipt for all U.S. customers. We ask that your handbags come back in prime condition – unused, unworn, and ready to be loved by the next customer. All returns are inspected upon arrival back to us and will be refunded once inspection is completed.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
1. Items marked as final sale.
2. Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
3. Items received more than 14 days.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For returns coming from Hong Kong, Taiwan and China please email customerservice@botkier.com and include your order number in the email subject.
For Canada and all other countries we're happy to accept returns. However, we cannot provide free return labels. If you wish to return your order please return to:

How soon will I receive my refund?
Once your items are inspected by our team, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.
What is an instant voucher?
If you process a return with us you’ll receive an instant voucher which can be used if you wish to continue shopping with us! If you choose not to use the voucher, you will be refunded upon the arrival of your item at our warehouse.

What can I exchange?
We will exchange items of the same kind in a different color or size. We cannot accept changes for items that are of a different style or different value.
Why was my exchange rejected?
Exchanges will be rejected if they are not the same item that was originally purchased or if the color or size is not in stock. If you need any additional assistance you can always email us at customerservice@botkier.com
